Nordine Omari is the founder and director of Omari Commerce, a Dutch trade agency and consultancy specialising in food processing technology.
Born in Errachidia and educated in Morocco and the Netherlands, he combines a background in physics, chemistry and computer science with over 10 years of experience in the food industry. That combination is central to his approach: technology only truly delivers when it is properly understood, carefully selected and solidly installed.
Through Omari Commerce, he connects European manufacturers with food producers and industrial investors in Morocco. He is not a distant intermediary, but an engaged strategic partner who guides the entire process — from the first conversation to a fully operational installation.
His technical expertise, cultural insight and multilingualism allow him to move effortlessly between both worlds. Always with the same conviction: no shortcuts, no compromises — only solutions that truly work.
